Under the shingles

We fix the wood, not just the surface

A leak that's gone on too long rots the structure beneath it. Covering it with new shingles only hides the problem. We open it up and replace what's damaged.

1Sheathing
The plywood deck your roofing is nailed to. Soft or delaminated panels get cut out and replaced.
2Rafters
The framing members that carry the roof. We sister or replace cracked and rotted rafters.
3Barge rafters
The outer rafters on a gable end, fully exposed to weather and often the first to go.
4Fascia & trim
The board your gutters hang from. Replaced and sealed so it holds a gutter securely.
